About Us
Who We Are
Green Oasis Psychotherapy & Wellness is a group practice built on the belief that healing happens through connection. Every therapist on our team brings a unique blend of training, experience, and heart—but what unites us is a shared commitment to meeting you with curiosity, compassion, and genuine respect.
Here, you’re not reduced to a diagnosis or a checklist. You’re treated as a whole person with a story that matters. Your therapist will work with you collaboratively, honoring your lived experiences, your values, and your pace.

Our Philosophy
We believe that people thrive when they feel safe, understood, and supported. That’s why our approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in warmth. We integrate evidence-based practices such as EMDR, mindfulness-based therapies, cognitive approaches, and holistic perspectives to support mind, body, and spirit.
A gentle, whole-person approach to healing that blends present-moment awareness, body-based practices, and emotional grounding. Your therapist will help you cultivate tools that support peace, clarity, and deeper mind-body connection.
